A/B testing of landing pages

Post by Irfanabdulla1111 »

Their landing page is very simple, but the design is brilliant.

Scrolling down, we see that the page lists three benefits that the visitor will get if they sign up with Shopify: attractive themes, affordable pricing, and ease of use.

Through its landing page, Shopify conveys to its visitors that its service is quality (demonstrated through the page design ), affordable, and reliable.

One of the most important steps when designing your landing page is to identify how you will achieve your goal.

Are you offering a free service, such as an ebook or video demo?

Or are you offering a special deal or free trial through a subscription?

Maybe you're asking your potential customers to subscribe to your newsletter.

If your goal is to sell a product, the content and design of your landing page should focus on convincing visitors that your product is made for them.

Add elements that build trust, such as testimonials and positive reviews.

According to the news portal BluLeadz, 88% of consumers trust testimonials and reviews.

Notice the difference between Shopify's landing page and Gobble's.

Anatomy of an ideal landing page - Gobble
Aside from the menu buttons at the top of the page, this landing page is well designed but much more extensive than Shopify's.

If we scroll down, we find information about how the subscription service works (through animated images).

Running an A/B test is not optional - neither in Google Ads campaigns nor on landing pages.

We don't know which version will work better until users tell us.

In this sense, Gobble is a company that is known for its constant variations - because A/B testing does not end when we compare two versions and have the winner, we have to continue comparing the winner with another one that we consider can beat it.

It's like a tennis tournament that never ends - there are always matches.

This variation of the landing page emphasizes the benefits of ease and flexibility, promising us that w email in french e can have our dinner ready in 15 minutes and giving us the option to skip weeks, change dishes, and cancel our subscription at any time - plus the colors and photography are different.

Message Concordance
Landing pages should have a concise message that matches your ad.

Google Ads allows you to structure campaigns in a very specific way.

This structure of campaigns and their ad groups should allow for the creation of multiple landing pages so that their messages exactly match those of the ads in their respective groups on the search network.
