Get the streaming key

Post by rakhirhif8863 »

Before you start setting up OBS, you need to set up Facebook streaming. Log in to your Facebook account and go to the page or profile where you want to go live.

Once there, click on “Create Post” and select “Live Video.” This will open a pop-up window with the live stream settings.

Inside the Facebook Live stream settings pop-up, you’ll find a section called “Stream Credentials.” This is where you can get the stream key needed to set up OBS.

Click the “Copy” button next to the thailand telephone number search key to copy it to your computer’s clipboard. This key will be used later in OBS.

Step 4: Configure OBS
Open OBS on your computer and go to the “Settings” tab. In this section, you will find several options to configure your live stream.

On the “Stream” tab, select “Streaming Service” and choose “Facebook Live” from the drop-down menu. Then paste the stream key you copied earlier into the corresponding field.

Step 5: Configure video and audio sources
Now it's time to set up video and audio sources in OBS. You can add different sources, such as a screenshot, a webcam, or even a video file.

To add a source, right-click on the “Sources” section of OBS and select “Add.” Then choose the type of source you want and follow the instructions to set it up correctly.

Step 6: Adjust streaming settings
Once you have set up all the necessary sources, it is important to adjust the streaming settings in OBS. In the “Output” tab, you can choose the resolution, bitrate, and other settings related to the quality of the stream.

It is recommended that you adjust these settings according to your needs and the requirements of your internet connection to ensure smooth and high-quality streaming.

Step 7: Start the live broadcast
Once you’ve set everything up in OBS, you’re ready to start streaming live on Facebook. Go to the page or profile where you set up the stream in step 2 and click “Go Live.”
