Good news for project managers and administrators: there’s a new tool in the Bitrix24 task manager ! Called “ Efficiency Indicator ”, the feature shows how users in your company are completing their tasks, the average time and whether there are objections. Those who complete their tasks without violating deadlines and without corrections or changes, for example, have their efficiency evaluated at 100%. If you complete 9 out of 10 tasks successfully, the indicator will show a rating of 90%.

In addition to creating individual reports, you can select Work Groups from the filters. This way, you will know if everything is in order or if you need to improve the efficiency of a given project.

With these improvements, you can use employee efficiency as one of your KPIs and improve kazakhstan telemarketing data performance. After all, what gets measured gets improved!

How to get there?
To access the statistics, simply click on the Tasks menu (to the left of your video) and then on Efficiency. On this screen, you will see some highlighted graphs and numbers, which will help you generate productivity reports for your team. You will also be able to configure filters by user or period and, furthermore, find out more details about each task.
