In Power Editor, you can easily duplicate an ad, make the change you need, and have it set up and ready to go.

Split testing ensures that ad spend is split evenly.

If you want to do this test, follow these other steps:

Create an ad set specifically for split testing.
In the ad set, create the first ad.
Check the box next to it, highlight that ad, and locate the duplicate button in one of the menus at the top of the Power Editor. The duplicate button has two squares, one above the other.
You will be asked if you want to keep the same campaign, create a new one, or use an existing (but different) campaign. Save everything.
A duplicate of the first listing will immediately appear, with the only difference being that you will need to change the name to keep your listings in order.
