Don't lie, we know you do it too. Or are you going to tell us now that you've never typed in 'Reviews about...'? Let's face it, we've all searched for customer reviews on Google on more than one occasion.

And in a world as cold as the Internet, finding a helping hand is appreciated.

In the past, we would consult our family and friends to find out their at&t email database experiences or recommendations before making certain decisions. Now we still do it, but then we go to Google to read customer reviews to corroborate it.

In fact, according to a study carried out in the United States in 2012, 72% of Internet users trust reviews from complete strangers just as much as advice from family and friends.
