Therefore, the implementation of a Compliance program and everything it represents is necessary for these practices to be extended to the entire relationship chain.

How did the Compliance Program begin at Global?
For a Compliance program to be successful, senior management commitment is required. We at Global began this challenge in 2019, when we participated in the Jornada Integra program carried out by the Alliance for Integrity and ended our participation with Diamond certification.

After learning about the needs and main pillars of a Compliance Program, and understanding its role as a propagator of good practices, we outlined our strategic compliance objectives for 2020, and the main delivery is the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
