What do customers really want to hear?

So what are the real desires of customers and what do we want to hear during the customer consultation process? If we put ourselves as a consumer and have a need to buy a product, it will appear easily.

Suppose you are looking to learn about and buy a shirt, the information you will need to be consulted about will be: price, size, specifications, fabric, color,... Or more specifically, customers usa business fax list who are not too familiar with shopping will need advice on how to coordinate this shirt model, or what size of the product will suit them.
From a real-life example assuming a case as a buyer of a product in the fashion industry, we can deduce the information that the customer wants to receive during the consultation process:

Specific benefits of the product/service: Customers need to see the benefits of the product/service, especially when you are consulting customers online, you need to clearly state and demonstrate as well as illustrate the specific benefits when customers use the product/service. Better yet, customers need to receive videos and genuine reviews of the benefits of the product/service from previous consumers so that they can feel more secure when purchasing the product/service.
Origin and materials of the product: Especially for products related to health or fashion, customers are very concerned about the origin and materials of the product. They want to ensure that they are using safe, high-quality products.
Clear and simple instructions: Customers will want to hear specific, easy-to-understand instructions on how to use the product or get the most out of the service they are considering. These instructions help customers feel more confident in their purchase decision.
