Our integration product, which we started to develop to enable companies using UYUMSOFT ERP software for the management of their factories and warehouses to benefit from the advanced CRM/sales process management and BPM/business process automation capabilities of Bitrix24 software, is now ready for use.
As a result of the meetings of our GLOBALNET Integration list of phone numbers philippines and Software Development team with our customers and UYUMSOFT Solution Partner company representatives, our software development strategy was determined by analyzing the information transfer needs and mechanisms.
Software Features
With the integration project implemented in a short period of 3 weeks;
Receiving stock and warehouse information of products added to order cards created in Bitrix24 from UYUMSOFT,
Transfer of order, customer (current card) and product (stock card) information from Bitrix24 to UYUMSOFT,
Transferring product (stock card) information created and updated by UYUMSOFT to Bitrix24,
Transferring customer (current card) and balance information created by UYUMSOFT to Bitrix24,
functions have been implemented.
User Friendly Interface
In this process, based on the demands of the user company, price and discount restrictions within the scope of company policies were included in the developed integration algorithm, and control mechanisms were created to send a Warning Message to the sales representative in non-policy applications and to prevent the order from being transferred to the ERP side.
On the sales representative side working in the Bitrix24 interface;
An order card is created within a user-friendly interface,
With the INTERFACE developed by GLOBALNET, stock and warehouse information is queried and stock availability statuses are indicated in color,
The order is automatically transferred by dragging the order card to the send to UYUMSOFT stage,
As a result of the transaction, error messages and IDs of the cards created in UYUMSOFT are written on the order card.
Detection and User Training Before Errors Occur
The following situations are checked and a warning message is given to the user, the order is prevented from being transferred to the ERP side, and the user is offered how the transaction should be carried out:
The currencies of the products selected with the order card are different,
The warehouses to which the products will be sent have not been selected,
Product prices are lower than stock card prices,
Discount rates are more than 10%.
