Linphone Basic Setup
1- Download Linphone for the desired platform from the official

Windows : Run setup
Mac OS X : Open the .dmg file and drag it to the Applications folder
Smartphones/Tablets : Download and install the app from your respective app store
3 - Open the Linphone application
4 - Open Linphone Preferences
5 - Choose the desired language from the menu on the User Interface tab (“User Interface”; the default language is the system language)
