Update 10/03
For B2B
For B2C

Process
Review Economic Sector/ Dropdown Options

A “User” in “Projects” has the possibility of being associated with both B2C and B2B projects , regardless of their profile. In order to improve the organization and classification of projects, a new column has been buy zip code email lists to the “Projects” table called “Project Type”, which will be located after the “Name” column and before the “Country” column. To classify projects, the following nomenclature will be used: if the project is B2C, “Individuals” will be indicated; if the project is B2B, “Companies” will be indicated. In addition, default settings have been made to ensure better management of projects on the platform.

Account/General Settings

Accounts Receivable Currency (for B2B)

// Accounts Receivable currency works the same as today (but is not necessarily taken) - currency is separate from amount in all implementations: B2C or B2B…

// Accounts Receivable, Payment Orders, “Currency” column (modify the payment order and payment news input file, with ISO code and improve the help in the other tab) and then Amount, Charges and Interest and Total Amount do not have the symbol in front, only the number.

// For messaging (templates) the Template Currency takes the value from the payment order/payment news field (the project currency will be used for KPIs in a 2nd stage).

// Multi-currency option, you should be able to add the currency corresponding to each “Payment Order” “Payment News” in the input file (if it is blank, the currency of the project account is taken by default) and that will be reflected in the extranet; since a client could have invoices in 2 currencies or a project could have clients that are multi-country.
