We received ISO 9001 certification for our Quality Management System

Since Quantico was conceived more than six years ago as a social listening intelligence platform , our main objective has been to listen to and give value to the voice of Spanish-speaking consumers. This objective is reflected not only in the core of our platform, which allows companies to know what their users are talking about on the various digital channels, but also in each of the actions we carry out in the company.
What is ISO 9001 certification?
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that demonstrates the capacity of companies to manage quality. Having obtained this certification from the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) recognizes the high quality standards in the processes we carry out with our clients in the countries where we currently operate, during the acquisition and use of our platform: account configuration, training, report management, customer service and maintenance.
Teamwork
For a year, the Onboarding, Customer Service, Sales mexico phone numbers example Administration teams, led by Katherine Vilca, Giovanna Urbano, Milagritos Igreda, Emi Yagui, Efigenia Acosta and Gisella Planas, developed the system and went through two stages of audits to receive certification. In this process, we felt supported at all times by the approval of our clients, which translates into our annual Net Promoter Score above 70%; and by our solid group of workers: professionals focused on value objectives.
