What causes rework?
There are several reasons that lead to the need to redo a certain task, strategy or action within a company.

One of these problems occurs due to a lack of alignment between employees and management. When there are differences in expectations regarding the performance or results of work, it is usually necessary to review or even completely redo the work to meet the requirements. This may happen due to a communication error on the part of the manager or even due to gaps in the training and skills of the professionals.

Adopting an inefficient strategy or one that is not compatible with the reality of the project can also lead to rework, especially if the planning is outdated or poorly done. In this case, the negative impacts of this situation can be huge — affecting entire departments and even the business as a whole.
