Before you begin, you need a HIPAAtizer account. Simply go to the HIPAAtizer website and click the “Sign Up for Free” button.

On the next screen, you will see two options for your HIPAAtizer account.
A sandbox account is a test environment that allows you to experiment without affecting real data. For real-world use, you should choose the “Covered Entity Account” option.

Next, HIPAAtizer will ask you to register your email address.
Simply enter your email in the field provided and click “Continue”.

From there, simply follow the instructions to complete setting up your new account.

Upon activation, you will need to connect the WordPress plugin to your account. To do this, simply click on the “HIPAAtizer” tab in the left menu of your WordPress dashboard.

Once inside, you can select “I already have an account” and click “Continue”.
Then, HIPAAtizer will load the login form for you.
Then enter your credentials and click the “Continue” button.

Once logged in, you will be redirected to the HIPAAtizer panel, where you can access all the forms you create using the extension.
Creating a HIPAA Compliant Form Using the Extension
You are now ready to create your first HIPAA compliant form.
First, you need to go to HIPAAtizer » Create Form from your WordPress admin area.
