On November 24, I had the opportunity to participate in the DEMIST 2017 conference as a speaker and panelist. Both the panel and the presentation concerned the applications of artificial intelligence in online marketing. I had the pleasure of having a discussion with excellent specialists in this field:

Anna Kreiser, Digital Consultant, owner of Digitalkod Consulting
Łukasz Kapuśniak – Chief Technology Officer, Cloud Technologies
dr hab. Grzegorz Mazurek, prof. of Leon Koźmiński Academy
I didn't expect the panel discussion to be so interesting and to be characterized by such a diversity of opinions. A combination of scientific approach, practice, strategic vision and mathematical-programming knowledge.
To sum up, a few comments, opinions of panelists and participants.

Dr. Eng. Artur Gąsiorkiewicz, Co-Chairman of DEMIST
“The general conclusion resulting from the panelists’ debate is that the profession of an e-marketer is becoming more and more of a technological profession. The automated use of IT tools in reaching the customer no longer plays only a subservient role in relation to creation, but is becoming the basis of marketing activities. Identifying the customer in various, seemingly distant interactive activities and analyzing their actions is the input material for artificial bangladesh whatsapp data intelligence algorithms. At the output, we have a personalized offer, tailored to their needs – both those expressed and those that are being realized or created based on dynamic shopping patterns. Many questions about ethical aspects arise in all this and it seems that this will be a difficult area for jurists and industry organizations”

Anna Kreiser, Digital Consultant, owner of Digitalkod Consulting
"The role of marketing today is to implement activities that support the development of companies. However, to achieve business goals, they need an appropriate strategy and tools that will enable them to respond to the growing needs of customers. The use of artificial intelligence, including automation, prediction or integration of data from various sources, is an opportunity to better meet customer requirements. Companies thus gain the ability to reach individual users in real time with a personalized message that provides value. Skillful use of artificial intelligence also leads to the improvement of Customer Experience (CX), which is the basis for building an advantage over the competition and increasing profits. However, AI- based marketing solutions are a complex and constantly growing ecosystem. As with any technology, achieving results requires understanding the possibilities and limitations of tools and consciously using the potential of available solutions. This, in turn, requires appropriate digital competences and the involvement of professionals."
