Not long ago, the customer decided to launch targeted advertising on VKontakte. Having studied the preferences of the target audience regarding communication channels, it was decided to launch traffic to a quiz in VK in the format of a chat bot. with the following sequence: Greetings Offer to receive a discount on tuition at a driving school, the amount of which depends on the success of the quiz Collecting contact information A chain of 10 questions on knowledge of traffic rules with 4 answer options, one or more of which are correct Issuance of a randomly generated code that entitles you to a discount Once the advertising campaign started generating new leads, the workload increased for both sales managers and the customer service department.
Most of the questions to managers were of the iraq telegram data same type, so the customer decided to test the automation of further service in the driving school community on VK. For this purpose, two large additional sections of the chatbot were created: answers to frequently asked questions and a section for driving school students. In the frequently asked questions, we have added subsections on the documents required to start classes, training programs, formats and duration of training, practical lessons (driving) and a button to contact the manager. In the section for students, we have implemented management of practical lesson appointments through integration with the online appointment service. After selecting a branch and instructor, students can schedule, reschedule, and cancel a driving lesson.
Results According to the client's feedback, the quiz conversion rate for the first month of the advertising campaign was 25% and brought in hundreds of training contracts. Despite the influx of students, according to the driving school managers, the workload has increased slightly due to self-registration for driving through a chat bot in VK and a reduction in the time spent on communication on typical issues. In the near future, it is planned to add a chatbot with the same functionality - frequently asked questions and registration for classes with an instructor - to the company's website. The possibility of adding a section with training materials and integrating the chatbot with AI is being worked out. After that, the chatbot will be able to answer frequently asked questions, as well as free-form questions on the theoretical and practical parts of the exam with a link to the traffic rules sections, based on the knowledge base.
