Power BI in Teams:
Companies often implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect their digital assets by requiring users to provide two or more verification methods to access a website or application. This approach strengthens the security of an organization’s data, preventing unauthorized access that could occur if someone obtained a single password.

Since many of us use Teams in our daily work, we have improved the handling of authentication in Power BI within Teams, where multi-factor authentication has been set up. From now on, if the account is configured with MFA, the user will need to authenticate before launching the Power BI application from Teams, through a new authentication screen.

Multiple organization apps per workspace and also custom colors
When sharing reports across teams, it’s crucial to have a secure, easy-to-use experience that’s tailored specifically to each group’s needs. This is achieved with Power BI workspace apps, now redesigned for Fabric as a new item type: organizational apps. A public preview of these organizational apps as items is coming soon. These apps can be created in capacity workspaces or in Fabric trials (more licenses and capacities will be supported in the future).

Each app will have its own unique content, navigation, color scheme, and name. Additionally, managing these apps will be similar to managing other items—from creating a new app to managing access to sharing it. Subscribe to the reports of the last day of the month
With this update, it is now possible to subscribe to both standard and dynamic reports, scheduled to be sent on the last day of each month. Forget worrying about leap years or different numbers of days in months. When setting up your monthly subscription, simply choose the “last day of month” option.
