Their ground staff had not arranged food or transport

Flying from Edinburgh to Luton on Friday night, I couldn’t get another flight to Luton until the following Monday or Tuesday, so I was put on a flight to Stansted, after which I needed to take a taxi to Luton to pick up my car. In short, EasyJet rejected two claims in relation to the flight. They reported that it was due to weather, but both the crew and the captain reported that it was due to staff being sick. They claimed these expenses.
Their ground staff had arranged food and russia phone number library transport, but neither of these were true. Firstly, I didn’t receive a food voucher, and secondly, they probably wouldn’t have called me for a taxi if they didn’t know the cars personally. It had been over two weeks since they last responded to my email. After a few weeks and numerous phone calls, easyJet agreed to pay for my taxi and food. Of course, of our airlines, this is the only one that has let down a client I have worked with recently.
