AVILÉS SETS A PRECEDENT IN THE FIGHT FOR THE RIGHT TO A FREE PUBLIC INTERNET SERVICE

The municipality of Avilés has managed to make its way to ensure that its inhabitants can enjoy a free public Wi-Fi service on the street.
