David Romera: How can investing in extended reality change companies?
Lorena González: It really opens up a new world of possibilities. It's like finding a new means of expression and communication with your clients; of promoting your products or services, and it's also a way of getting closer to people, the public or other companies, in an innovative, experiential way. Depending on the company's needs, it can change its day-to-day operations 180 degrees.
Vicky Vasán: Ultimately, it is a new channel that is very organic, with interactions that are much more similar to reality than, for example, a menu, a screen or even a video call. We can feel immersed in the company, in the brand, in the narrative or in the project we are working on. It is a new way of interacting, of telling stories, of experiencing them…
Are companies being receptive to these new challenges?
Vicky Vasán: Well, there is a bit of everything. There are people who are very open to technology and want to be up to date with everything and want to try out the latest thing that is coming out. And there are others who only accept it when they see a real use and a very high profitability. It is a matter of spreading the word that beyond innovation, it already has quite a long way to go and is very useful in certain cases, and that it is not only necessary to try it because it is innovative, but because it will be useful and profitable in certain things for your company.
