New interfaces for online stores in Bitrix24
If you use the platform, you may have already noticed updates to the menu interface in various fields of the system, such as larger and more intuitive buttons on your dashboard, among others.

But this interface change wasn't limited to your Bitrix24 CRM platform or other work menus. The interface for online stores has also changed!

With the new interface you no longer need to open multiple tabs to make general settings on your website.

But it doesn’t stop there! The color picker interface for online stores has also changed.

Now you can choose any color for text and background, adjust transparency and change the background image of blocks.

Changes in Bitrix24 CRM fields
The biggest changes in October were in the Bitrix24 CRM fields. A number panama telemarketing data of updates were made, aimed at improving the experience of the Bitrix24 user community and driving better results, such as:

In mandatory fields, previously when you created a mandatory rule, it would apply to subsequent fields. Now you can choose any phase to apply this rule, even if it is not subsequent.

In the automation rules, what has changed is that you can now configure the order in which those responsible are assigned.

New possibilities in Bitrix24 CRM filter
Bitrix24 users can celebrate, as their requests have been fulfilled!

It is now possible to filter fields in elements by the filled or unfilled attribute and use associated company and contact fields in the deal filter.

With the option to filter according to filled values, it became much easier and faster to find contacts, for example.

Filtering by company fields and associated contacts can be very useful when you need to find specific businesses. As in the example below:

New CRM forms in Bitrix24 open channels
What was already good got even better with the new update in the format for sending CRM forms from live chat, directly in the open channel chat or via Sales Center.

Sending forms is already a step that can be done in your chat support, but before the latest update, Bitrix24 users could only do this process after receiving the first message from a customer, through a widget, and without the chance to customize the fields.

With the new settings block on the Automatic Actions tab in the Open Channel settings, you can:

enable and disable forms for submission;
select any form from your CRM;
set up sending before or after starting a conversation.

If you are in the process of communicating with your customer in an open channel chat, simply click on the button to choose the CRM forms, define which form you want to send and trigger it.

To do this process through the Sales Center, you can click on the Start Selling button in the chat and then send the message, as in the examples below:


If there is no link between the customer and CRM in the chat of an open channel, new CRM elements will be created: lead, customer, business and customer, quote and customer.
