Whitelists as an idea for collaboration with influencers

Whitelisting is a type of social advertising targeting that can benefit both brands and influencers.

More specifically, it means that an influencer gives a brand permission to advertise on their social media account.

Note that whitelisting may also be called allowlisting. Other names for whitelisting include:

Creator's License
Creator Promotion
White labeling of influencers
Paid media amplification
Creator advertising access
In the Kolsquare guide, we explain in detail what whitelists mean in 2022.

An account takeover is also a good idea
An account takeover can take place both on social media and on a blog . The difference to sponsored blog posts is that, for example, blog posts are written by you and are therefore published by influencers. Pay attention to the size and reach of the chosen domain, whether the niche is relevant and whether there is SEO optimization. This type of post can also be called backlinking, which will help you increase traffic to your website.

Similarly, you can have an influencer take over your social media account. Here you have to be absolutely sure of the cooperation, so a young partnership is not at all suitable.

Use dark posting
Dark posts are “ unpublished page posts ” as Meta calls dark posts, which therefore do not appear on your own page or in the corresponding newsfeed. These dark posts can be an effective marketing strategy, as they are shown to specific audiences according to the filters set, while the content does not “spam” the newsfeed of followers or your own profile page.

Read the definition of dark posts and its five advantages over traditional ads on Kolsquare's influencer marketing blog.

The reasons for dark posts are many and varied. For example, a travel company wants to target both families and couples. Essentially, it's the same product that this office wants to sell, namely travel planning, but the type of ad should differ depending on the audience. With dark posts, you prevent your followers from having to see both ads, which can also be designed in a similar way (for good reason). Instead, you pay for couples to see your honeymoon deals and families to see your family-friendly hotel deals.

Furthermore, dark posts are a great way to perform A/B testing to optimize your marketing strategy. We also discussed the benefits of A/B testing in the aforementioned Kolsquare blog post.
