Motivation in public service
Work in the civil service is associated with high responsibility for decisions made and their compliance with the law. After all, such activities are aimed at maintaining the image of the country and its national interests. Therefore, the civil service uses such methods of monetary and non-material incentives as:
appropriate wages and bonuses;
ensuring the performance of work duties in comfortable conditions;
provision of food by organizing the work of canteens or cafes;
compliance with the rest rich people database regime in accordance with the time worked;
creating a comfortable psychological environment in the workplace;
public recognition of merits and achievements.
As statistics show, in order to achieve maximum productivity, tacit confirmation of success is practiced, namely, the right to choose a vacation out of turn, the presentation of valuable gifts, the posting of gratitude on internal information portals, etc.
Motivation in commercial companies
The incentive system in business firms is in many ways similar to that used in state-owned companies. However, some adjustments are made for employees from different fields of activity:
IT sphere. If we consider material incentives in this sphere, the bonus system has proven itself well. For example, solving such problems as attracting a new client, delivering a project to the customer, developing a new product are the basis for awarding bonuses. But dividing the bonus payment in accordance with the participation coefficient in the program is not entirely correct. This can become a demotivating factor in the work of employees. If we are talking about non-material incentives, this includes providing personal privileges, the right to choose projects, etc.
Sales. Bonuses can be expected by those employees who perform their duties well and successfully and quickly conduct transactions. Intangible incentives are practically ignored in this area, although they are also present. This could be training at the employer's expense, the possibility of changing the sales sector, or introduction to management.

Manufacturing sector
The manufacturing sector is characterized by the presence of a huge number of employee ranks. These include workers, engineers, managers, accountants, lawyers, etc. And each of them has their own specific activities and area of responsibility, but at the same time they all have some commonality - knowledge of production and technological processes, compliance with labor protection and industrial safety standards, responsibility for the quality of manufactured products, etc. That is why there are many ways to motivate employees to work with maximum productivity, such as:
provision of a social package;
payment of bonuses for exceeding the plan, overtime, etc.;
provision of individual benefits, such as: service housing, preferential loans for the purchase of real estate, free access to the gym, etc.;
improving comfort when performing work - free special clothing and food, comfortable changing rooms and showers, etc.;
implementation of a corporate culture of work and leisure—organization of trips to nature, congratulations on important dates, payments in connection with anniversaries, etc.
With the help of such events, it is possible not only to retain old specialists, but also to attract new ones.
