With several stages, 15,000 candidates will enter the first phase of the training, which goes from basic to advanced in Front-End and Back-End (Full-Stack) teachings. In the next stage, 3,000 people will move on to the next phase of training, focused on Amazon platforms: VTEX IO, AWS and ecommerce. In the semifinals, there will be 300 candidates and in the final, 60.

“Hiring Coders has the power to introduce people interested in new career possibilities into a rapidly expanding market full of opportunities, including groups that are still underrepresented in the technology sector, such as women,” he says.
"In the two previous editions, there were more than 50,000 applicants. In 2021, the program had 43% of participants who identified as black or brown, 35% as women and 18% as non-binary or transgender.
In addition, this year's edition had a new feature: the opening of registration to Portuguese citizens for the first time. In this edition, candidates from anywhere in Brazil and, for the first time, from Portugal will be able to register. The program is aimed at recently graduated developers and people transitioning their careers into the field.
