From the humble beginnings of Bell Labs’ Audrey system in 1952, which could only recognize spoken numbers, humans have continued to advance voice technology. A key factor driving the spread of Voice AI is the Internet of Things (IoT), which connects billions of physical devices for the convenience of humans.
