Export Airtable data as a CSV

Go to the View Menu: Click the View Menu button (---)
Select 'Download CSV': From the dropdown menu, select the 'Download CSV' option. This feature is available on the Airtable web and desktop apps.
To export Airtable to Excel, click the view menu button and select the 'Download CSV' option from the dropdown menu in the web and desktop apps.

Step 3: Open the CSV file in Excel
Open the CSV file: Navigate to your default downloads folder and locate the downloaded business development directors email list CSV file. Double-click the file to open it directly in Excel.
