According to the law, LLCs and individual entrepreneurs have the right to carry out their activities outside the place of registration only if a separate division of the company is officially registered at the actual place. The minimum fine for violation is 40,000 rubles, the maximum is 10% of the income of the entire division.
Also keep in mind that letters sent to the legal address are automatically considered delivered. If you work outside the place of registration, you can easily miss important correspondence.

Ignorance of one's own rights
The bodies and authorities that exercise control over business management may occasionally exceed their authority. If you do not know your legal rights, you may allow such a situation to occur, which will subsequently have a negative impact on the company and its employees. Be prepared for any unforeseen problem: consult a lawyer and an experienced accountant in advance on how to act in the event of inspections, searches, seizure of corporate property and bank accounts, and also prepare instructions for your employees.
Cooperation with unverified counterparties
If the business you are dealing with has never let you down, this is no guarantee of its reliability. Know that if the tax office or banking organization suspects your partner of involvement in fraudulent activity, you may be denied VAT deductions for transactions with them, and the bank may even suspend transactions on your accounts for an indefinite period. Always carefully check the company you are going to work with.
