There are two options for creating a business model canvas: Business Model Canvas and Lean Business Model Canvas.
The Business Model Canvas first emerged when it became obvious that traditional business plans were useless. People spent countless hours writing detailed strategies, but no one read them and they were simply thrown away.

So Ash Maurya, another strategist, created a simplified version of the plan – the Lean Canvas.
This is a Business Model Canvas adapted for a startup in the early stages of development. It is the first case of business model documents for a future project, which will be periodically changed in the future. It is needed for business founders, potential partners and investors.
