2017 is becoming more and more interesting for us. At the end of last year, we went through many projects with interesting challenges. One of them was a local business in Plovdiv, which wanted a larger audience to learn about it and therefore attract more customers. It contacted us to do Facebook marketing for its business. The task was to increase visits and popularity of a local local business type – a family restaurant.
We had our first meeting directly at the place we were going to promote. We got to know the environment, the staff, and the dishes they offer. For this meeting, we prepared questions for the client to get to know the rcs data germany and its target audience in detail. When we start a new project, we first set our goals for a certain period, we determine the client's audience - their age, hobbies, interests, etc., which is an important aspect of Facebook marketing for a local business .

• Reaching 100,000 people every month through the IMG (Internet Media Group) network
After our meeting, we conducted our own research into the interests and habits of the target audience and developed various strategies for reaching them.
Once we defined our audience, goals, and outreach and engagement strategies, we created a 3-month Facebook marketing plan for all activities aligned with the upcoming events of the season. It allocated the advertising budget and actions for each of our strategies.
When working on projects, we want clients to be fully aware of everything we do – how, when, where and why. We sent the detailed plan to the person, explained each of our planned actions and discussed ideas and new suggestions.
Status of the Facebook page before we started the project:
• 231 fans
• Low engagement
• Posts didn't reach more than 300 people
• Mostly text-based lunch menu posts
• Few restaurant reviews
Launching the Facebook Marketing Local Business Project
In January 2017, we started working on the project. We changed part of the look of the Facebook page. It was important for us to reach more target customers, so we created banners and texts that would attract specific customers. One of the restaurant's strengths was the delicious dishes, served in an extremely complete and professional manner. That is why we focused part of the publications precisely on this advantage of the restaurant.
